Hi Mark. I did my first round of store visits today and I have to send through a quick complaint! Every single Ponds lady I visited today was in a positive mood and I was completely distraught! Not only that, but they were happy and confident with their customers, very approachable and getting on so well with the store managers and staff that I almost had heart failure! They were far too creative with their sales approaches and used all your closing sales statements like they were born to say it. What am I to do now? I have no problems to sort out, no fires to put out and no angry clients on the phone!? This is a disaster! Your programme has amped and motivated the Ponds ladies so much that even the store staff have approached me complimenting the changes in the ladies. The word ‘Compliment’ was not in my vocabulary before today! They seem to be more in charge of what they do on a daily basis than ever before! It seems that the 2 magic words “I Choose” have really hit a chord with them. But to get to the point … THANK YOU MARK! This training has really made such a positive impact on the Ponds ladies! I loved the CD's and the Webinars. The course reminds one of simple things you might have forgotten about and also brings you back in alignment with what are the key focus points for being in sales. We have just completed Week Four of the 8 Week Street Smart Selling Skills Course and the results are already starting to show. My sales team is on fire, highly motivated, knocking on lots of doors and bringing in significant new business. We have shown a big improvement in the way that we qualify potential customers, by asking them the correct questions to determine their viability on the “Close-O-Meter”. This is one of the many tools your course has already given us which is powerful, practical and easy to implement. We discuss the weekly course material at our Sales Meeting every Tuesday morning and it is fantastic to see that all of us are on the same page and speaking the same sales language. What is really valuable to us is the way that we are able to first read the user friendly written material, then listen to the complete audio for reinforcement whilst driving to visit customers. And the cherry on top are the live webinars, where we connect and interact with you in the virtual classroom.
Justin from Polokwane just phoned me to say he did a sales call “step by step” as he learnt on Mark’s course and he has a follow up meeting the business owners on Monday to decide on our offering. I heard the excitement in his voice when he told me "I just peppered him with questions and eventually his only answer was YES“.

Mark Berger is such a chilled person his approach to life is practical and realistic he really opened my eyes to a lot of things and im sure if I would to see him one or twice more..I would benefit even more from his talks.it was truly a privilege to listen him speak.

Dear Mark – I have to admit that when I hear the word “workshop” I tend to be a little hesitant and not sure if it will be the “same old same old” – but I was pleasantly surprised. Mark, I would like to extend my gratitude for last week’s training of the Three Cities Group Sales Division. The feedback from the team has been so awesome it makes me happy to know that they GOT IT!! Not for the company or for me but more importantly for themselves… the rest will follow. I have always been very sceptical about the value of team building breakaways, but I must compliment you that I found your presentation, especially the communication skills techniques, really worthwhile and even enjoyable – unlike some workshops we have had to endure, I did not feel you were trying to fill up a day with gratuitous team building games and activities, but that your content was relevant and focused on taking the skills of our team and business forward!

A summary of my experience with the Street Smart Selling Skills Online Course. I've learned that sales is involved in every aspect of our daily life. I've learned to sell myself first and to be honest and true, to myself, and to people around you. Creating a win/win situation. I liked the relaxaction and creative visualisation section, I see some benefits from that for sure. I liked the task list idea and have been using that regularly. It's helped me understand the world of selling a lot better. There are definitely some sales people out there that would benefit from the structure that this course offers.
