  • I did my first round of store visits today. Every single Ponds lady I visited today was in a positive mood. Not only that, but they were happy and confident with their customers, very approachable and getting on so well with the store managers and staff that I almost had heart failure! They were far too creative with their sales approaches and used all your closing sales statements like they were born to say it. What am I to do now? I have no problems to sort out, no fires to put out and no angry clients on the phone!? This is a disaster :)
