Successful Team Building is all about creating a shared experience which is fun, memorable, meaningful and results in sustained behavioural change. Our initial objectives are to clarify your specific REASONS for having the Team Building and then get agreement on the RESULTS (outcomes) you require. So our first questions are along the lines of: WHY are you wanting to do Team Building? What are the sustained behavioural changes you are looking to create in both individual and group behaviour AFTER we conclude the Team Building Event? We then work backwards from there, creating the right combination of venue, itinerary, indoor interactive workshops and outdoor experiential activities to achieve the results. The Classic Behavioural Identification and Interpersonal Skills System, presented with a distinct LOCAL FLAVOUR.

First we profile you to establish: Are you an Amiable, Expressive, Analytical or Driver Style.

Then we team you up with others of the same style and engage in activities to create a deeper awareness of your behavioural strengths and weaknesses. Finally, we give you a powerful toolkit to improve your relationships with those in the other three style groups.
